The log that lives in the glovebox

A private, offline maintenance log for the cars you actually drive. You stamp each job. You enter the miles. Nothing reads the car, phones a dealer, or stores records off-device.

What stays on the sheet

Ledger rows, not a dashboard

  • Multi-vehicle garage

Keep more than one car and switch the active log. The sheet always belongs to the vehicle in the header.

  • Service stamps

Type, odometer, date, cost, shop, notes, and an optional receipt from Android’s camera or system photo picker.

  • Mileage intervals

Due, due soon, and overdue appear only after you enter a new reading. The app does not invent miles from the car.

  • Local reminders

Optional alerts after an interval becomes due. A test reminder lives in Settings. If Android blocks permission, the app says so and opens system settings.

  • Spend and history

Last-six-month recorded spend as a quiet bar chart, plus a dated timeline of every stamped job.

  • Export, backup, wipe

PDF service history, JSON backup and restore, and a two-step wipe. You hold the file. Nothing syncs to a server.

Sequence

Four stamps, then the road

  1. WO-01

    Add the vehicle

Year, make, model, units, and currency. The first car becomes the active log.

  2. WO-02

    Stamp the job

Oil, tires, brakes, or any other type. Attach a receipt if you have one.

  3. WO-03

    Update the odometer

When you park, enter the latest reading. Intervals recompute from that number only.

  4. WO-04

    Export when needed

Hand a PDF to a shop, keep a JSON backup, or wipe the book if you sell the car.

Privacy stamp

Nothing leaves the glovebox

Vehicles, jobs, receipts, and reminder settings stay in local storage on your Android phone. There is no account, no cloud logbook, and no dealer feed. Legal pages and the optional Play review prompt are the only reasons the app opens a network connection.
