End-User License Agreement

Agreement

This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is between you and GLOVEBOX LTD for the Glovebox software, including the Android application and related documentation (“Software”).

By installing or using the Software, you agree to this EULA. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software. Use of Glovebox is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

License grant

GLOVEBOX LTD grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software on Android devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial purposes.

The Software does not require an account and does not include an online logbook service.

License restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Software
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software except where law permits
• Remove or obscure proprietary notices
• Use the Software for a commercial service bureau or resale without authorization
• Use automated systems to scrape this website
• Use the Software in any unlawful manner

Intellectual property

The Software is licensed, not sold. GLOVEBOX LTD retains all right, title, and interest in the Software, including trademarks such as Glovebox. This EULA does not grant trademark rights.

• We own the software, design, and brand materials.
• You own the vehicle and service records you enter, and files you export.

User data

The app stores records only on your device. We do not collect account data, analytics, or payment information. There is no subscription. See the Privacy Policy.

Warranty disclaimer

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GLOVEBOX LTD DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that interval math will match a manufacturer schedule.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GLOVEBOX LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE, INCLUDING LOSS OF LOCAL DATA OR VEHICLE DOWNTIME.

Termination

This EULA lasts until terminated. Your rights end automatically if you breach it. On termination you must stop using the Software and delete copies you control. Local records are deleted when you uninstall or wipe the logbook; we have no server-side account to deactivate.

Updates

GLOVEBOX LTD may provide updates through Google Play. Continued use after a change to this EULA is acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing law

This EULA is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which GLOVEBOX LTD operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
