1. The app

Glovebox is a personal vehicle maintenance log for Android. It helps you record services, track mileage intervals you configure, and export history. It is not a diagnostic tool, mechanic service, insurance product, or connected-car platform.

2. App usage

You agree to use the app legally and responsibly. You must not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or distribute any part of the app except as allowed by law
• Use the app for commercial fleet operations without prior written permission from GLOVEBOX LTD
• Interfere with or attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems related to the app or this site

3. Intellectual property

Visuals, copy, branding, and software in Glovebox and on this site are owned or licensed by GLOVEBOX LTD. You receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app. You may not copy, resell, or create derivative works from our materials.

4. Your records

You own the service history and photos you enter. Those records stay on your device unless you export or share them. We do not host your logbook. See the Privacy Policy for details.

5. No mechanical or legal claims

Interval reminders are arithmetic from figures you type. They are not a finding that a vehicle is safe, unsafe, or due under a manufacturer warranty. Do not rely on Glovebox instead of a qualified technician, owner’s manual, or official recall notice.

6. Suitable age

The app is appropriate for users aged 13 and above. It contains no explicit content.

7. No guarantees

The app is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant error-free operation, complete reminder coverage, or uninterrupted availability. You use it at your own discretion and risk, including the risk of lost local data if the app is uninstalled or the device fails.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GLOVEBOX LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or business arising from your use of or inability to use the app, including missed maintenance.

9. Changes

We may update the app and these terms. Continued use after a change is acceptance. If you do not agree, stop using the app and uninstall it.
